Description

As mentioned before, I really wanted to start drawing the Thirteenth Doctor after the announcement trailer...but that trailer didn't give me much to go on. So I mashed up the trailer outfit with Capaldi's and ran with it. The Sonic is based off of one in the Build-a-sonic set.
